First of all, Oda himself made it so that this volume has 12 chapters (more than the usual) something the publishing company doesn't like to do a lot. So more bang for your buck.
Truly an action packed volume in every sense, as all the straw hats, along with Law and Smoker mount their counter attack against Caesar, Vergo and Monet.
The plot also thickens as we learn more about Caesar's role with "Joker" and his involvement with one of the four pirate emperors.
Law, luffy, sanji, and zoro have really good moments in the volume.
